This adaptor allows maximum allowable resolution from the HDMI output of a laptop or computer or any device outputting HDMI to be connected to a VGA device. With this, you can plug in your VGA device / projector / monitor as normal. If you need AUDIO too - this device supports that with a 3.5mm audio jack output.
