Hard to believe but this innocuous looking scales measures a whole lot more than weight including BMI, Muscle mass, hydration, body age, protein levels and even supposedly bone density. Not sure how medically accurate it is but I found it very accurate on weight, body fat and BMI. (As against recent measures in my gym)
Nice thing is- once connected to wifi it automatically uploads your stats to an app on your phone and so does not need any rigmarole each time you stand onto the thing and more importantly tracks your PROGRESS. I do like to be held accountable and to have specific measurable goals which this thing helps with.
