This kit actually comes with 8 little clip on waterproof lights / blinkers that are originally designed for your pet. I use them all over the place for cycling or just walking at night. They use button cell batteries - I’ve never had mine run out yet so I’m not sure how long they last - but I’ve had them 6 months now so it’s plenty.
